Our futures are bright, so we wore neon today for Red Ribbon Week. Adults, sometimes students end up in situations that they don’t want to be in. Help keep their futures bright by having a plan with your teen–an X text, or other code word/emoji–that they can communicate with you if they need to get out of a sticky situation. Also, don’t forget that Illinois State Police Safety Education Officer Jason Wilson will be presenting on technology safety tonight at 6 p.m. at HHS for 7th-12th graders and their adults. This is a great opportunity to learn and start a discussion with your teen.
