While attending Carl Sandburg College, Madelyn plans to continue nurturing her creative side through her love for art and music. She’s eagerly anticipating the opportunity to begin her college education and embark on her career in the funeral industry after high school. We have no doubt she’ll bring compassion and professionalism to her chosen path.
Madelyn’s favorite color is the beautiful mauve pink shade, reflecting her unique and artistic personality. In addition to her academic pursuits, she enjoys participating in track and engaging in academic competitions like ACES and Science Olympiad. 🎨🎼
One of Madelyn’s biggest role models is the legendary filmmaker Stanley Kubrick. She admires his work and his unwavering commitment to being true to himself. What an inspiring figure to look up to!
As she prepares to leave Hamilton High School, Madelyn will miss the supportive staff who have played a pivotal role in her academic growth. Her favorite memory from HHS is collaborating with Erin Colvin to paint a mural for the FFA and agriculture classes—a true testament to her creative spirit. 🖌️
Describing herself as funny, understanding, and passionate, Madelyn has some sage advice for incoming freshmen and underclassmen: “Join as many activities as you want, without letting it interfere with your studies. It’ll look great on college applications and in the yearbook!” Wise words, Madelyn!
