Let’s give a big round of applause to Camren Esterday, our fantastic senior who is heading to John Wood Community College in Quincy, Illinois, to pursue an AAS degree in Electrical Technology! 🔌 Camren’s calm, cool, and collected demeanor, along with his favorite color green, reflect his laid-back yet determined personality.

Camren’s favorite food will always be any home-cooked meal, a testament to his appreciation for simple comforts and family traditions. 🍲

When asked about his biggest role model, Camren named his great grandfather, highlighting the importance of family and the impact of generational influence in his life.

He will miss the “small-town” aspect of Hamilton’s school culture the most about high school, a sentiment that speaks to the close-knit community and familiar faces that have shaped his high school experience. 🏫

One of Camren’s favorite memories of high school is his political science class that he took junior year, showing his interest in current events and civic engagement. He is excited to have a wider range of freedom within his schedule after high school and plans on fishing more than he usually does. 🎣

Fishing holds a special place in Camren’s heart, as he has gained many fond memories while fishing in the past and plans to continue making those memories in the future. In his free time, he also enjoys cooking homemade meals, riding his bike around town, and playing video games. 🚲🎮

Camren’s words of advice to underclassmen and incoming freshmen are wise beyond his years: “It is important to make wise decisions and prioritize your responsibilities, such as academics and personal well-being. Remember that it’s okay to make mistakes, but it’s how you learn and grow from them that truly matters.”

Congratulations, Camren, on your future endeavors! We’re proud of you and wish you all the best at John Wood Community College and beyond! 🌟📚 #SeniorSpotlight #Classof2024 #FutureElectrician
